Italy — Molto cibo directly translates to “lots of food” and by the sounds of that, it seems pretty appealing to me. You can’t not go to Italy and not eat anything and everything. Eating was high on my agenda. My food bucket list included pizza, lasagna, pasta, insalata caprese, panna cotta, gelato, baba au rhumsfogliatelle (my favorite!), and Aperol Spritz. Italy was truly a gastronomic experience for me. The joy of three weeks of pure Italian food goodness can last me a lifetime and I can’t wait to visit again to indulge in another food-venture!
